Built at NEAR HACKATHON. Veto, a spending firewall for AI agents on NEAR. Policy as data, enforced by a Rust contract whose agent key can only call spend(). 29 escape attempts: 26 refused, every refusal has a reason code. @NEARProtocol #NEARHackathon
