Built KeyLease at @NEARProtocol #NEARHackathon — lend the call, never the key. Seal an API key once. Share leases (N calls, endpoints, expiry). Agents call through a pinned TEE proxy; revoke and the next call is refused. Demo video attached. Site + repo in the first reply.
